So what does that means? That Monero will not reach $300 in 2018 anymore?   That is possible, but I would give it less then a 50% chance.  Prices can move fast. No t that then stay that high or low. But they still do change fast and strong.

After 2017 constant growth some retracement was needed. Longer this retracement will last stronger there will be momentum that will push price to upper level.    Growth of Monero and Bitcoin was not that strong in 2017 as some other cryptocurrencies simply because they acted more as a currencies then as a speculative investment. That is why this retracement was waker compared to other coins.
