So from what I understand is that you are eligible for new tokens if you hold SEED tokens? like an Airdrop system?

Nope you do not necessarily have to hold SEED token to be given airdrop however if you want double of the Airdrop you could get a 1000$ worth of SEED and you are qualified

But if you invest 1 ETH, your airdrop amount will get doubled. That was the latest offer I have seen it about this project. Even I got email about it.

I think everyone who got signed up to the airdrop got same mail too but I'm kind of not understanding why I'm not getting the whitepaper mail as well, is it OK to share Whitepaper via mail?

First of all I am not so sure of their reasons to not post the whitepaper publicly but I don't think it's any wrong to share the white-paper though but you can try signup again if it will work this time
