The concept alone of mid reference price is flawed for many inside traders.
As much as "everyone is a winner" situation in the mid reference price, many says it is not so fair as it sound, specially experts and analysts.
And so to cite, mid reference price might get both parties price improvement, it does reduces market transparency, there's a loss of control and pricing is dependent on data feeds.
Though with proper algorithm implored by XBricks, the cons could be resolved leaving the pros alone which is led by price improvement for both sides.
