I wrote a lot of mails since I have lost my phone asking to disabling my 2FA.
Unfortunately for me,nothing happened.
I have sent all the pictures that they ask for (picture with my ID,picture of myself with the ID in my hand,pictures with myself with the computer screen and all the transactions and deposit hash ).
Nothing happened.
I am very worried and very frustrating about this.
It's been almost three weeks. It is there anyone who work?
