CryptoHub fixed denomination unit and balances for users who remained all coins on the balance and writed a ticket. For users who already sold all coins (3 users) nothing can be fixed obviously.
We asked RedWind dev to test deposits and withdrawals, I don't know why RedWind informed the community about exchange before do that
