Please look up Tahoe-LAFS, and how it can be used with I2P! Tahoe-LAFS is developed by experienced computer scientists and cryptography experts. I2P is an anonymization network. The combination is a far more flexible and advanced decentralized storage system than Freenet, and is under active development with flexible access control features.
