Come to think of it, I never saw his hair move or at least show any signs of life. It seems that its been ages since it last moved. Jokes aside, his hair shows his status in life. I'm sure he spent a lot of money grooming his hair. Most of the people around his age will go bald but on his case its different. Money is really powerful that it can also lengthen the life off his hair and  avoid baldness.
