when novusphere is using eos blockchain layer what do we need $atmos for?

ATMOS will be used to power the economic incentive model that enables content system to function(arbitration, police nodes, bounty system). EOS is providing network security and bandwidth. The Novusphere whitepaper will be officially released soon, and addresses how this system will fucnction if the community decides to launch as a dApp instead of continuing development on its own chain.
