Ethereum can do 10x of course why not? Just because it is among the most reputable owner doesn't mean it can't rise. Price can increase slowly but let's look at price of bitcoin which did more than 10x during last year and at the ATH so opportunitiea are here with giants as well. Although you can profit more from alts and there's no in denying that. I do believe in NEO as so far NEO seems to be building relationship with China government which means that if they push for it smart economy of NEO can be come very popular in Asia where ethereum might be seen as little for NEO.
