What can I do to remove the negative trust on my account ? Any suggestions...

I have honestly contributed to the platform or tried to learn from the platform, but in error someone gave me a negative trust... Ofcourse, I was new at the time when I got negative trust and might have done something against the rules of the forum... But I was just not aware !

What can I do to remove the negative trust on my account ? Is that even possible to get it removed.
