So who do I actually have to kill to have my miners shipped out? I have emailed steamboat about having them shipped out minus the bootloader etc now twice over the last 10 days with no response. Is there some other way to make this happen? Some additional hoops that I have to jump through? If I have missed something in the 200 some odd pages of this thread I apologize. Anyone help me out?
+1 , did the same. even used the the LSDs website to tell "ship miners," no reply.
I emailed last week and with in one day I got an email with a tracking order and in about two days later received the package. My email was phrased quite rudely though due to my frustration to be shipped as is. If you have not received a response in ten days I would take Unacceptable's offer about your order to get in touch with steamboat.
Nothing vulgar. just irate customer stuff like any other distressed people do when they are frustrated.
