Raspberry Pi is incompatible with USB 3. Found out the hard way
I'm still looking for the best price point / quality / power. So far DLink from Amazon.co.uk seems to be the bestI'll check out scan.co.uk never heard of it before

iv got 2 of the drink hubs. 5 block erupters and 2 usb fans in one and 6 block erupters and a jalapeño in the other.
both plugged into a raspberry pi running cgminer 3.8.3
