If I recall correctly, your thread was posted on Project development in Bitcoin section.
It was probably moved here to Marketplace because you are offering payment for our services. To me this is logical...
Imo, you should make a new ANN thread for your project, focused on the technical presentation of your plans (coin development, future Bounty details and such...), but I'm just a newbie here too so maybe someone else can give you a better advice.

The moderators usually view anything to do with alt coins (payments for tasks done) to be placed here.
Just lucky it was not placed in games and rounds because of payments.
I see it as a bounty for a review. But that is just me.
Just noticed when I click on a person's profile page it directs me to this site:

It did not do this before.
Also when I click on the chat box on the far left it doesn't show anything just a red dot.
