I love this kind of topic. You know it is indeed that even water itself has lots of benefits compared to the expensive juices or teas. When I am under a program of losing weight, one of the most effective ways of losing fats is by drinking 2 liters of waters a day. And as per my friend who also used to drink water religiously, she found out that hot water is even better in losing weight and keeping internal system flow normally. It's just so great to know that being healthy doesn't require money to achieve.
