Well, that quite easy: if YoBit listed someone pretending to be Akaiito with AIC token, then it means, that they haven't checked is the company properly and listed fake company. Is it legal? Is it right? For money every fake can be listed? Well, we are against it.
Why YoBit should take legal steps against Akaiito?
Why Akaiito should compensate money in case when someone is doing scam and faking out AIC token? If there will be 100 fake AIC's, would You recommend to compensate all? Sorry, I don't see logic in that.
Akaiito is making a lot of work and getting contributions for Akaiito platform development. We are not collecting money for fun, we are collecting money for platform release.
