A successful trader somehow should be educated, you clearly can't trade according to news and other people's analysis and predictions in the long term so you should be educated or educate yourself.
I agree. I mean, you don't have to be all-knowing, but at least, you should have ample knowledge to help you be guided with your trades and dealings because, if not, it would be way to difficult for you to find some reason as to why you are doing a specific trade. The thing is, this market just has a lot of alleys to cripple your investment as evidenced by the many people who are crying over losses despite totally doing their homework. Having said, if you would plunge into it without knowledge, you are just adding more unwanted risk.
