You can try to boot it with only 1 RAM stick and CPU installed. Connect your monitor straight to MOBO's video output and hope for the best.

Take out everything and reseat, be careful not to drop CPU or bend its pins. Also be sure to connect CPU fan to MOBO or your rig won't boot!
