If Bitcoin returns $ 20,000 then the market will be pump and altcoin also pump or continue sideways.
I see with the current situation can bitcoin will be more than $ 20,000 in two months.

No, I think that from this year and further market will accept formula BTC=YN (year number) to avoid volatility. So this year rate will be about 2018, next year it will grow to 2019 and so on. Not so sure about leap-years but still...
