Got a question though regarding worker speeds shown in the webpage and the cgminer miner shown speeds.
The speeds shown on the worker page are always consistently lower then what's shown as speed in cgminer.
Is there a logical explanation for this? Does this have any effect on my efficiency? Anything we can do about it?

"IMPORTANT! KHash/s Rate is an estimate and should not be relied upon. For an acurate KHash/s reading check your client. Your KHash/s as reported on this site is NOT how you are paid, you are paid by share count only. If your KHash/s below is too high or too low, its not a problem and can be safely ignored. ALSO, it takes up to 20 MINUTES for your miner to show as online and hashrate to show after starting mining."
