Sorry for breaking into your conversation, but if disclosing the WeEx details constitutes breaking the law, why would you want to announce to the world that you're law-bound to keep silent? It's effectively telling your investors "We just stepped into a shady operation, even talking about it is illegal."
NDAs are not by nature illegal.
