Sorry not to get back sooner.Is that the Google Authenticator code? That should be the one available on your device, for each time that log into your account. It's the two step verification process that your friend has set up.
Sorry if I misunderstood. If so, let me please know of additional information. Normally, the process should be quite straightforward and resemble the process of sending crypto from any other service. We've also included some basic tutorials on our website if you care to take a look.
