Hi everyone, could some help me with ForkDelta exchange?

Someone selling PAL at: 0.0000385eth for 1PAL
forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/PAL-ETH
When at idex and coinbene is: 0,000075eth / 1PAL

I never used ForkDelta, could someone help me? It is around 40% cheaper, so I could invest at forkdelta and divide profit if someone explain me how forkdelta working.
