traffic monitoring is all about CCTV now, and it is working great.
now that DRONES were launch we are now engaged to a new system.
HELICOPTER + CCTV = drones.
this is the real world now.

I think drone usage will greatly improve the surveillance and minimize the effort of people who drive helicopters.
Live coverage of traffic monitoring will be easy with the use of drones because they can manually control the drone or automatically by using programs or system online.

Aside from this cost of monitoring traffic thru aerial view will greatly decrease by almost half of the total cost. It also actually helps environmentally by reducing the carbon footprint emitted by the helicopters.
