I need help figuring out how to get my blades mining using BFGMiner or CGMiner... Stratum Proxy will not run on my PC....

Right now I am mining Eligius Pool with my blade connected to getwork... very low hash rate...

Every attempt I make to connect using one of the above mentioned miners is a failure...

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but it is very frustrating and everyone else seem to figure it out pretty quickly.

I just want to maximize the potential of my blades so any suggestions on how to connect to any mining pool using any software would be appreciated.
