So what is your budget prior to the ICO? How much money did you and your associates bring to the table. I'm asking because gathering 16 million USD in 6 months is not a small undertaking. That would seem reasonable if you actually had a product and wanted to expand, but you are gathering money to begin working on it. That's why I always ask people how much of their own funds are they bringing. It's a nice indicator of your seriousness.
