NOTE: Always backup your wallet.dat before changing any files in your Neutron data folder

Instructions
- Delete these files/folders from your Neutron data folder (%appdata% search on startup):Blkdat0001.dat, Database folder, Txleveldb folder)
- Open zip and extract files to Neutron data folder
- Restart wallet

To find the Neutron folder they just need to go to the wallet menu:
tools/ Show Backups   and the folder will open
