Is there something wrong with the blockchain? I started a transaction from Binance to Bittrex and there seems to be an issue. It is still processing and it's been 3 hours. I have been looking on Bittrex and the blockchain explorer and it keeps reseting the confirmations. It went up to 5/20 confirmations then back down to 0/20. Then it went to 3/20 and now it's back down to 0/20. I don't understand why this is happening. 0/20 confirmations still after over 3 hours now. I have made transactions between these accounts before, but it never got caught up like this or took this long. Is there a problem with Binance, Bittrex, or the Blockchain?
