But this exchange deducted my coins and they didn't send them with tx ：TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer。

I have check my address from the block explorer。
This transport is failed and the coinexchange's tips wallect have no send them.
It is because when I withdraw my coins their hot wallect have no enough coins so it failed.
I have commit to the coinexchange's supporter system。
But 3 weeks have past, they just only say wait for this tx.
As we know the tips node is very fast,they just don't want to resent my coins.
