People pay taxes because they have no way out. For non-payment of taxes can give a prison term.

Every country has its own laws and regulations, among them the obligation of its citizens to obey taxes, and if we violate the regulation its consequence is fine or worse is to go to jail, and our obligation as good citizen is obey the rules which have been in set, ie pay the state tax which will be in use for the construction of the country's infrastructure. I think it is natural that a country requires its citizens to pay taxes.
