Those sites are not faucets. They are not free bitcoin sites.  They are "earn" bitcoins sites.
If a site like that becomes popular - there is good feedback from the community - the site
will be added to the "popular 'earn' bitcoins" category. 

e.g. Coinad is already on the list.
