I'm afraid VE might be right here, as much as I hope he is not, but if ken doesn't announce anything today ( last working day of this month) what would make you think ken will post the announcement on the weekend?!
Nov 30th is this weekend which is the deadline. This is not a normal company so it would be acceptable for Ken to announce it on Saturday in order to meet the deadline.
