I would say it is electroneum. The excitement around this project was huge, but then there was a significant time delay between releasing the coin and making mobile mining possible. I think for now the price is low, because not many people are mining or the whole process is too slow. But perhaps the team will find a way to eliminate such issues and will be able to get full credit for their work. It is currently below the ico price! I am sure it can get at least there!
