Thank you for detailed message on this post... It definitely helps me ! But, i just wanted to let you know my side of the story....
...
snip lot's of unimportant backstory
...
I was new to the forum and there were no rules or guidelines that I could find anywhere on the forum to learn about the rules here... or may be rules were written somewhere but not at a good enough place to catch my attention about what is right or wrong  on this forum !
So... as someone who apparently loves to read and research and learn... you completely missed this entire board: Beginners & Help
that contains this sticky post: Newbies - Read before posting
which in the very first section contains this link: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ (which is a sticky at the top of the Meta board)

But as I said earlier, I wanted to learn about the forum.. but not at the cost of spending time to learn about it...
That's just laziness, pure and simple.

I wanted an easy to read / quick pop up to anyone who joins the forum at STEP 1...
This wouldn't change a thing... people just blindly click "I have read the terms and conditions" and move on... and I suspect you would have done EXACTLY the same thing if you'd been presented with a list of Terms, Conditions and Rules when you signed up.

I was just not in a frame of mind to  spend time to " learn about how to use bitcointalk"...
And this is the end result. Much like someone who is "just not in a frame of mine to spend time to 'learn about gun safety'", you have shot yourself in the foot... you have no-one else to blame, but yourself.

I was not told or aware that buying / selling on bitcointalk is not right....

I accept that I may have committed a mistake back in Jan 2018... And I am writing this post to let you know that the mistake was done unknowingly...

Till you are not told that something is wrong, you assume it is right
Ignorance of "the law"™ is not a defense.

Option 3. None of the two options are possible, and you suggest me to create a new account and move on..
