i think there is no point to focus on marketing until november, couse right now is stakeing rate too high and market cant settle. Marketing wcan bring thouse coins what are on exchanges to eallets and they start stakeing and increase coin ammount faster, so lets wait until stakeing decreases. Hopefully dev agrees, but ofcouse dev can makehis own decions about coin. But nothing can stop coinholders to do their own marketing if they have money and resources to spare.
