Bitstamp, but even they can be pretty slow.  At least the support people speak English.    It really is crazy that more exchanges haven't opened up.  Just goes to show you how difficult the bridge between banks <---> internet really is.  The difficulty we are facing is precisely why Bitcoin is so disruptive.
