Still no luck:

When i give the command:
"bitcoind settxfee 0.0001"

the computer give the message "true"

When i then give the command
"bitcoind sendtoaddress somebitcoinaddress 0.0001"

It send the 0.0001 btc but still with aq 0.0005 transaction fee.

Anyone got any ideas? 0.1 btc reward for the one that can help me out.
