This will never end. people are greedy and they will keep abusing bounties. I would like to request for disabling signatures of Jr members and full members.
Even this will never end, at least we can reduce spamming. By giving them red tag or ban them.
Tagging them is good but doesn't solve the core problem. They are like metastasis , the cancerous cells which keep adding themselves to different parts of the body, you kill some of them with chemio-therapy and soon after they are sparsed in a different area of the body. So far there is no definitive cure for cancer, and as an analogy I don't see any definitive cure for recovering this disease of bounty abusing.
