i am sorry to hear that, it's a large amount of money indeed. Trading needs a stable emotion, experience and techniques to make the session profitable. I suffer some losses too, but i accepted them and consider them as the cost of learning, to make my judgement better in the future. There are lots of materials online (tradingview, youtube, etc) to learn from, and do not overtrade since it will worsen our judgment and make us more fragile because we are more emotional rather than objective.
