Currently, very few bounty campaigns accept the Newbie, so you should contribute more posts on the forum to be able to upgrade to at least Jr. Member to participate in signature bounty campaigns. Also, you can participate in Social bounty because only social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram are able to attend and can use multiple accounts.
