What do you mean by "fake" facebook accounts?
Accounts with no status updates and no friends?
There are Fake facebook accounts that people use for giveaways.
But how can you get people to promote your project if it is buried here? If you deemed that the participants used fake accounts then don't pay them. Simply as that. Exposure is needed so that your project can be successful and you need the right thread to get your project exposed, as @bhadz said, move it to the Bounty thread. Goodluck to your project.
