Our initial timeline was for first profit share date in December 2018, however as we have already secured our first tenants who are waiting to rent our first property via Ethereum, our estimated date of first profit share payment is October 2018.
Our competitor is noted in the whitepaper. Caviar coin. although this is a debt based security and they do not own the real estate.
