I have tried sending 1 btc with 0.05 fee and it gives met the same errors. The amount send to this adress where aprox 0.16 per transaction.
In that case I think there must be something else wrong with your wallet (which I haven't heard of before) - if anyone else has some ideas now would be about the right time to chime in.
