This is kind'a interesting. If the chip could be broken into quarters, i assume each GN chip has 4 separate dies. The onlu package for a chip with several individual dies which dissipate heavy power would be something like this:
...which also happens to jive with the rendering offered on Hashfast's website. But this:
...is either just *one* of the dies, yet to be mounted on the substrate, or
