Since this person hasn't replied I'm guessing it's the same one I received an email from regarding .5 BTC stuck as a pending cash out.

For security only a limited amount of funds are kept in our automated payout wallet, and funds had dipped low. After I received the email and found what was wrong I added funds and the payment went through which can be seen here:
