Providing a 50% dividend per year proportionally to shareholders, I think is huge for new projects. whether the dividend is an absolute advantage to the investor or any other costs.
I would suggest you to wait until you have the 50% dividend in your hands as pure cash. Until then be careful
I hope many others here also consider my opinion so that they don't lose a good amount of money because they thought they'll soon hold a dividend in their hands
