I of course would love a small site or thread with listed new coins, their algo and some other quick info.
But on the other hand you have to dig for that info to possibly get rewarded for it.
There are a lot of threads, which effectively accomplish the same thing. There is a reputable member, philipma1957 that maintains an Alt-Coin thread and keeps track of all sorts of things that would be relevant to miners. Found here :

What other research and criteria do these coins have to meet other than being new, unlisted and low difficulty?
