i was play with payout x1.16 i fall in streak with 1 satoshi rolling
i see i hit 10 hits in high numbers with 1 satoshi i go change payout to x2 and change side also i fall again in 11 hits in row with high numbers
this posible or imposible cause i lost all balance 0.33 btc

Hey, first of all sorry for your loss. It's a big loss at current BTC rates.
But you can't accuse a casino of scamming with only a screenshot of your rolls. Before you start to gamble somewhere, get familiar with their system that generates your dice rolls. That way you'll be aware and know if a casino is fair or not. Your scam accusation in this case would only be ligit if you can prove that PD has manipulated your seeds, which i doubt. I don't gamble on PD, but as far as I know you're able to change your client seed manually before each bet as well. So if you're having doubts in their randomness of generating client seeds, set your client seed manually before each bet.
And again, you can't prove anything with these screenshots other than you had a very unlucky streak. Better luck next time and know what you're dealing with before you accuse casinos. Don't mind people calling you greedy and stupid, they didn't experience your loss and the way you feel. But this isn't the way to process your loss.
