Yes. The PRE-ICO has been extended for 30 days to finalize the sale prior to the ICO.
In 30 days all coins will be sold at current speed. If it sells earlier, then PRE-ICO will end earlier.

If the pre-ICO continue at current speed it will never end. Certainly not in 24 days.
