Well, I participated in your bounty program, but it seems that we will not reach a soft cap, which will be a shame to end such a project 
And how could you say so? Doesn't they still have 24 days until ICO end? And, if I roughly calculate the raised fund, they accumulate 400 ETH while the soft cap is 900. IMO, it is too soon to say that they're failing as there still time to reach the cap.
