So far it does not look like a bad year as a lot of icos have come and gone and even more are coming out. If it wasn't a good year for icos then we would be seeing a decrease in the number of icos that are being created and pushed into the market. 2018 is a good year for cryptos regardless of the bear market and all of that, prices are still very high and people are still making money.
